Amanda Archer is one of the people who started Women of the Metaverse. Women of the Metaverse is a creative studio that sets up projects by women artists.
Archer is looking for “ambassadors,” people who are active in the community and act as WOTM’s spokespeople. Some of these people are Cindy Cowan, an Oscar-nominated producer, Natasha Bassett, an actress, and Phia Broadus, a jewelry designer.
“It can be hard to get into the entertainment business, so one of the things we do is help our members get in,” Archer said.
