Elon Musk reportedly fired half of Twitter’s employees, or about 3,700 people, without warning. This led to a class-action lawsuit being filed Thursday in federal court in San Francisco.
The complaint, Cornet v. Twitter Inc., was signed by workers who say the company did not give them enough notice and is breaking both federal and California law.
