The sale and transfer of ownership of a rare non-fungible token (NFT) on the ethereum blockchain by a “metaverse personality” have been stopped by a Singapore court, The Times in London reported. Lawyers at Withers said that the decision was the first of its kind in a civil law case.

The paper said that the High Court gave a man who owned the Bored Ape NFT and used it as collateral for a loan a worldwide injunction.
