Sam Bankman-Fried, the founder and former CEO of FTX, has retained defense counsel Mark Cohen. The former prosecutor is well-known for defending Ghislaine Maxwell in her prosecution for sex trafficking, and he will now defend SBF against any further inquiries by US authorities.
