Metalink, a Web3 communications platform, has decided to work with OpenSea to launch three official channels in the marketplace, concentrating on announcements, support, and user feedback. The announcement comes after a difficult month for OpenSea. The corporation was obliged to reply to disgruntled consumers who complained about an “inactive listing” exploit on the platform, which resulted in valuable NFTs being sold for far less than they were worth.
