The NFT protocol OMNI was hacked, and 1,300 ETH worth of worthless internal testing funds were stolen. No user funds were affected. The event happened on July 10.

OMNI was quick to point out that the protocol was still in the beta phase and that only the internal test funds were affected. The team has stopped following the protocol and is looking into what caused the attack. Later, PeckShield said that it seemed to be a hack related to reentrancy.
