Blockchain Capital led a seed fundraising round that raised $4.4 million for Unlockd, a decentralized system that provides cross-chain NFT liquidity.
Spartan Group, Play Ventures, IDEO CoLab, Bitscale, Eden Ventures, Crypto Plaza, Sfermion, and angel investors including YGG founder Gabby Dizon took part in the investment round, according to a Thursday announcement. Unlockd stated that the financial infusion would be used for cross-chain expansion, product development, marketing, and a tier 1 auditor to assess the security of the protocol, despite refusing to disclose its valuation.
