Naver and LINE launches the NFT platform for K-pop fans.

    The internet giant Naver Corp., which is based in South Korea, launched its non-fungible token (NFT) platform, NOW.Drops, with LINE NEXT on Wednesday. Fans of K-pop music will be able to make their own NFTs on the platform.

    NOW.Drops lets users get NFTs of their favorite musical acts from the exclusive content on NOW., Naver’s live audio and video streaming service that features South Korean artists.

    Users have to buy “crystals” in order to mint and save special clips of their favorite acts. These “crystals” can also be used to buy other NFTs on the platform.
