According to a report by Semafor, Microsoft Corp. is talking about the possibility of buying OpenAI, the company that owns ChatGPT. The tech industry giant is willing to pay more than $10 billion for the purchase.
Microsoft’s investment includes a rather strange agreement. The organization would get 75% of OpenAI’s income until it has made back its initial investment.
