Meta’s AI team made a platform called MyoSuite that makes more realistic models of muscles and bones than any other platform. Workers can teach these models to do complicated things like twirl a pen or turn a key. This even helps researchers figure out what would happen after certain surgeries, like tendon transfers. In a tendon transfer, the tissue that connects muscles to bones is moved. This helps a part of the body, like a hand or foot, move again.
