LGU+, one of South Korea’s biggest telecoms companies, will release a new batch of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) next month as part of its plan to move deeper into the crypto and blockchain industries.

Money Today and Chosun Ilbo say that the company, which is part of the LG business empire, will put out a new collection with its animated character Moono, who looks like an octopus. Its first collection, which came out in May and was sold on the OpenSea platform through the Klaytn blockchain, was gone in just two seconds.
