The gaming giant (Take 2 Interactive) behind massive titles like Grand Theft Auto – has just purchased Zynga for a whopping $12.7B. In a conference call today, Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick said that the acquisition of Zynga would allow the combined company to tackle new “Web3 opportunities.”
