The Facebook gaming app was used as a streaming hub where fans could follow their favorite content creators, like streamers, and interact with the social media pages of their favorite games, where they could get updates on the game and stay in touch with the creators and developers of the games. The Facebook gaming app also gave users access to mobile games that had to be bought separately.
