
Emirates, the biggest airline in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), said it wants to accept Bitcoin (BTC) payments and start trading nonfungible tokens (NFTs) on its websites.
Adel Ahmed Al-Redha, the chief operating officer of Emirates, reportedly told reporters at the Arabian Travel Market that the Dubai-based airline will be hiring new workers who will work on blockchain projects like crypto payments, blockchain tracking, the metaverse, and NFTs.
