Elon Musk will not be joining Twitter’s board of directors, according to Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal in a statement to the business.
Musk had announced his intention to join the board last week, but Agrawal now confirms that he has chosen not to.
Musk would not have been able to control more than 14.9 percent of Twitter if he had joined the board of directors. Is this the reason he chose against joining? Is he looking for a bigger stake? Is it something else entirely?
